DYT shows demand a high level of commitment. It is very important to be available for rehearsals so please familiarize yourself with the tentative rehearsal schedules:

Spring Show Selection
We are casting two shows so you will have to specify which show(s) you would like to be considered for. Here are some FAQs with some helpful information

What will I need to prepare and submit?
1. Monologue
Prepare and video a one minute monologue of your choice. (introduce yourself)
2. Sing an excerpt(s) from the show(s) you would like to be considered for.
Choose a song(s) from our website: audition material
Video yourself performing the song(s) with the acc track playing in the background
3. Submit a headshot/photo with your name visible (digital PDF)
4. Submit a performance resume (digital PDF)

Load your Material
1. Create a folder in your "My Google Drive " account.
2. Label the folder as follows : (First & Last Name) Spring 2026 DYT Audition.
3. Load All of your audition material into the folder.
4. Make sure we have access!

Right Click, then choose get a shareable link.

Change "Restricted" to "Anyone with the link" before copying the link.

Copy the link - you will paste this in the last step

Fill out the DYT online audition form
1. Click this link to fill out the online audition form.
2. You are required to paste your google drive link to your materials in step 1.
3. Click Submit and you're done!
