Musical Theatre Workshop Series

Where: All Saints Anglican Church

Grades 9 - 12+

Cost: Term 1 - $375 + gst     

Join DYT director’s, Tony Barton and Tracy Neff for this innovative 6 week workshop series.  Tracy and Tony will work with students on team building, vocal technique, choral singing, sight singing, musicianship and audition techniques.  Students will also work with other Vancouver professionl instructors who will highlight different theatre techinques  every week.  Students can expect an exciting two and half hours of movement, voice/speech, singing, character building and ‘on your toes’ action. This workshop is tailored to experienced performers. You must have proir experience in musical theatre  classes or shows. We welcome newcomers, but if you have not been apart of a DYT program please submit a resume to be reviewed before registering.

Frozen jr.

Frozen JR. is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, and brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.

The Music Man jr.

Based on Meredith Willson's six-time-Tony-Award-winning musical comedy, The Music Man JR. features some of musical theatre’s most iconic songs and a story filled with wit, warmth and good old-fashioned romance.  The Music Man JR. is family entertainment at its best — a bold, brassy show that will have the whole town atwitter!
